Since we're also lacto/ovo, we eat a lot of milk products (like cheese, Greek yogurt, skim milk, and whey protein powder), eggs and egg whites, lentils, beans, nuts and nut butters, seeds, quinoa, tempeh (though it is soy), and grains.
