The Halloween decorations are down, Thanksgiving decorations are up. Because we're so knee-deep into fall... and bordering on Christmas (holy cow), I was inspired to make some Punkin' Protein Smoothies! These.Rocked.My.Socks.
Punkin' Protein Smoothie (serves 1)
1/4 C Milk
4 Ice Cubes
1/4 C Protein Powder
1/2 C Canned Pumpkin
1/2 t Pumpkin Pie Spice
1/2 t Cinnamon
1/2 t Vanilla Extract
1/2 t Maple Syrup (or honey)
BLEND!!!!
This was so good- I downed it in a gulp and a half. TOTALLY making this again- it's like pie in a glass.
