Raw Cheesy Kale Chips

Enjoy!  Om nom nom nom....





Recipe:

2 bunches of kale, stems removed, washed
1 cup nuts, soaked for 30 minutes 
1 red bell pepper, de-seeded
1/4 c lemon juice
1/3 c apple cider vinegar
1/2 c nutritional yeast
1 t salt
1 t garlic powder
1/4 t chili or chipotle powder
1/4 c water (as necessary to blend)

blend ingredients (except for the kale) in a blender until smooth
mix with kale
dehydrate 6-8 hours at 110-118 degrees
