Immunity, Part 2

Part 1 was Relaxation.

Part 2 is EXERCISE!

Take 20-30 minutes out of your day and exercise!  VIGOROUSLY.  The body has a few different ways of releasing toxins, and SWEATING is one of them. My FAAAAAAVORITE 20 minute workout is Jillian's 30 Day Shred.  This little workout will have you sweating in no time.   It's only 20 minutes, and well worth it.  And for $8.50 on Amazon... you can't really beat the price!  After your workout, give your lymphatic system a little boost by 'dry brushing' with a long handled, natural bristle brush before your shower.  Happy sweating!!
