Good evening! I wanted to share a yummy sandwich recipe I made for lunch today!
Apple Sandwich (serves 1)
Ingredients:
1 Small Organic Apple, thinly sliced
1/2 Whole Wheat Pita
2T Almond Butter
1 t Cinnamon
1 t Honey
Cut Pita in half and open into a pocket
Spread Almond Butter on both sides of pita
Layer in thin Apple slices on top of Almond Butter
Sprinkle Apples with Cinnamon and drizzle Honey
I LOVE THIS SANDWICH! IT'S SOOOO GOOD!!!
