Ok it's not much to look at, but boy was it great! Here is the recipe:
1/2 C Cooked Lentils
1/2 C Cooked Rice
1/2 C Steamed Broccoli
Handful of Chopped Red Onion
Drizzle of Gluten-Free Tamari (Soy Sauce)
Drizzle of Tahini (Sesame Seed Paste)
That's it! Mix it all up and you have a meal. It was SO good. Happy almost New Year's Eve everybody!
