All organic produce.... for $5!!!! I couldn't believe it. I almost felt bad- like I was getting TOO good of a deal!! Well with all of this produce, I used up one yellow squash, one tomato, 1/5 of the zucchini, 1/2 bell pepper, and 2 banana peppers... and fed 3 with my roast veggie sandwiches!!!
I added some basil and mashed avocado, toasted the bread, and BAM! (lol) what a GREAT SANDWICH. One of my absolute FAVORITE things to make.... and eat.

I am still trying to find a local farmer's market here in Central Florida. I miss going to them so much! And I agree, definitely better to support your local farmers instead of pay crazy grocery store prices!
I agree. I was actually surprised- especially because it was ORGANIC produce! All of that for $5!! This farmer has a loyal customer now!!
